Warranty

All of our products are thoroughly tested before being sent to you. In the unlikely event that there is a malfunction you are entitled to the following warranty:

On all of our products you have a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period starts on the invoice date, printed on the invoice which is sent with the product. In case a product breaks down during the warranty period, you should notify us of the malfunction in writing. GardenSupplies-online.co.uk will then inform you of the procedure for repair or replacement which can differ per product.

Costs incurred for shipping, repairs and reshipping of the product are paid for by GardenSupplies-online.co.uk only after we have determined that the malfunction or shortcoming cannot be attributed to the buyer. In case it can be attributed to the buyer the product will be reshipped to the buyer in the same condition in which it was received by the supplier. GardenSupplies-online.co.uk is not obliged to repair or replace the product in this case and will not pay for (re)shipping.

In case the malfunction or shortcoming becomes apparent directly at or immediately after delivery, you are entitled to a replacement product. Please return your order to us directly in its original packaging. The replacement will be sent to you after we have received the faulty product and have determined that the malfunction or shortcoming cannot be attributed to the buyer nor is in any other way at the buyer's own expense or risk.

Your invoice is your certificate of guarantee for all products on the invoice complete with the description of the product(s) sent to you by GardenSupplies-online.co.uk. Please keep your invoice in a safe place!

Warranty conditions

Repairs under warranty should only be performed by the supplier. Warranty claims which are caused by installation or operation errors will not be recognized. Defects due to inadequate maintenance or negligence are not covered by the warranty. The supplier is in no way responsible for damage caused by wrong use of the product. The supplier cannot be held liable for follow up damage caused by the outage of equipment. Reclamations due to damages caused during shipment can only be accepted when the damage is determined and confirmed by the shipping agent or postal services at the time of delivery. Only then will claims be possible against the shipping agent or postal services.
